Terms and Conditions
1) Reservation
A deposit of 50 % is required upon confirmation and the balance
must be paid in full 14 days prior to the departure date.
Non-payment by required date may result in the cancellation
of your booking and subjected to cancellation charges.
2)Payment
Payment should be made in favour of "TAHAN HOLIDAYS
SDN BHD" to any of the two banks below:-
i) PUBLIC BANK BERHAD, Jerantut
Branch, Pahang, Malaysia.

3.Cancellation
Cancellation received within 21 days but not less than 15
days from the date of departure will be subjected to cancellation
charge of RM 100.00. Cancellation made less than 15 days
from date of departure will result in the forfeiture of
your deposit. There will be no refunds for transportation,
meals, sight-seeing tour and accommodation not taken or
used either in part or full.
4. Responsibilities
All arrangements for provision of transport, accommodation
and other services are made by our Company acting as agent
only, and neither the Company not any person assisting or
collaborating with it is liable for any loss, injury, accident,
damage or delay which may occur during a tour/ adventure
/ holiday. Every person participating in any of the travel
/ adventure package organized by our Company shall be regarded
in any respect as carrying his / her own risk as respect
to loss or injury to person or property. The Company does
not accept responsibilities for losses or expenses due to
delay, sickness, weather, strike, war other causes, such
as losses and expenses being the responsibilities of the
traveler. Our Company reserve the right to modify, alter
or withdraw any travel / adventure arrangements, or itinerary
when deemed necessary for
